What to eat to get healthy

Written by Lindsey Kaszuba

One of the questions I get most often is “What should I eat?” I cover that in my Pantry Edit but I wanted to give you a quick answer now.

You should eat whatever feels best to you

If you’re feeling…

- overwhelmed with what food to buy that you & the fam will actually eat
- like no matter what you do you can’t stick with eating healthy
- uncertain what foods actually feel good to you
- physical discomfort after eating, like bloating, sluggishness, headaches, etc

Then I want you to know there is another way.

If you’ve been following me for a while now you know you’re capable of feeling the way you want and if you’re new around here…I’ve got great news for you, you can absolutely feel the way you want 🥳

You just need to start taking small daily action steps to get crystal clear on what actually feels good to you.

One of my favorite ways to start figuring out what actually feels great to you is asking yourself “How does this make me feel?” every time you eat. It’s so simple and can be truly life-changing.

If you want to learn more about how to ditch the overwhelm and easily identify healthy choices that feel good for you, snag a Pantry Edit to get a specific, concrete, and personalized plan for what to do next. You’ll also learn how to read ingredient lists & nutrition labels so you can make healthy decisions on the go. I only have a handful of these available each month so book while you still can!
