Simple health is a skill + how to learn it!

Written by Lindsey Kaszuba

I’m so excited because I’ve had some major aha moments recently and it’s been giving me all the feels. Can I share one with you?

I hope you said yes 😉

Someone pointed out to me recently that my messaging that health can be simple is misleading and makes it seem like being healthy is easy. Creating new healthy habits is certainly not easy, but with the framework and strategies that I’ve created and teach it IS simple.

Starting isn’t easy. Trying something new isn’t easy. Sticking with it isn’t easy. But once you find what works for YOU, in this current season of life, it sure can be simple, and over time it DOES become easier.

This framework is the piece you’ve been missing.

It’s like starting a new job. Your first day you are nervous to do something new, meet new people, afraid you won’t be good enough or just anxious about the uncertainty. But then you get the hang of it, you learn to excel in your position, love your new coworkers, and feel right at home. The next thing you know you’re going out to drinks with your work friends and confidently handling a work project. Your route to work even becomes second nature.

Your health and habits are the same. At first, it’s uncomfortable, hard even. Then you start to learn more and you see that the more you do it, the more comfortable you feel and the more engrained that pattern becomes. Repeated actions create new pathways in your brain. Until one day you walk into the kitchen or roll out your yoga mat, feeling excited and at ease instead of anxious and overwhelmed.

Imagine if you, feeling totally overwhelmed by your health, decided to do something different. Instead of going on another diet or thinking about trying Ozempic, you walked into the kitchen feeling confident and relaxed, knowing that you can trust yourself around food. You sat down for dinner, excited about what’s on your plate, knowing exactly what & how much to eat. You enjoy your meal (carbs and all), and feel satisfied and fulfilled when you’re done, with a sense of peace that you haven’t felt in a LONG time.

All of this awesomeness comes from one thing -

mindful health done in a simple way.

It can change your life for the better…permanently.

I want YOU to feel that shift.

Here’s the great news: you don’t have to DIY your health any longer. Simple health is a skill. And one that I have mastered. And when something is a skill it means you can learn it, and I want to show you EXACTLY how to do that.

Sound too good to be true? I know it does, but it IS true. Simple health has led me to healing my relationship with my body, with food, with myself, and has allowed me to open up the pantry and eat what I want to eat without an ounce of guilt attached. It’s also allowed me to teach so many amazing souls the same.

And that’s what I want for you. You deserve it.

One of my long-time clients said, “Lindsey’s approach has been so different than what I’ve done in the past and it’s made a huge impact on my health.” Another said “I’m more conscious of my food patterns, and eating no longer stresses me out. I wish everyone had this level of understanding.”

You know all the stuff that stresses you out about health? Everything from what to eat to, how to workout without it feeling like a form of punishment to exactly what to shift your focus to so you ditch overwhelm (even if you are sure that’s impossible), and everything in between. You can stop worrying about it.

In my group cohort, Healthy Habits Accelerator, I’m going to teach you exactly what you need to know to become one of those people who isn’t all consumed by what you ate or how many times you skipped your workout.

Here are all the details:

Healthy Habits Accelerator is an 8-week cohort of detailed coaching calls, worksheets, visualizations, and thought-provoking exercises that will cover these topics:

  • Eating without guilt (so that you can enjoy eating and have confidence in your choices so you never have to beat yourself up over having the extra slice of pizza again).

  • Working out without it feeling like a chore (and how to find a movement practice you love).

  • Mindful health (so that you can feel at peace with your decisions and develop strategies to lean on when life gets in the way. Because it always does).

  • Your unique needs (because you are unique babe and your needs are too).

…and so much more. Plus, we’ll have a 1:1 call so I can get to know you and your health goals AND you’ll get access to expert trainings and a resource library to further support you on your journey.

Added bonus: you’ll tap into an empowering community of like-minded women who all want the same thing as you. Maybe you’ll even meet your future bestie 👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏼

It’s going to be chalk full of specific tools you can use IRL with concrete advice and real-life examples that can help you.

This program is for you if you are an ambitious woman and whether you consider yourself healthy or not, because alllll of us (and I mean, ALL of us) can uplevel our habits. If you have been wanting to create healthy shifts in your life but haven’t found a sustainable way to do it, then this program is incredibly important.

The bottom line:

Your health is the #1 most important thing you can focus on. Why? Because without it our life isn’t as meaningful. Our lives are more overwhelming and chaotic. And the one body we get in this lifetime doesn’t stand a chance.

But don’t worry: simple health is a skill that you can learn and grow, no matter where you are right now. And I want to teach you that skill so that you feel free of guilt.

And don’t forget - you are awesome, and I want your health to be as great as you are. Your habits are one of the best ways to get there, and I want to teach you how.
