Hi! I’m Lindsey.

Certified Health & Habit Coach, Founder of Lindsey Kaszuba Health, & Creator of Health Club Collective.

After years and years of being led by diet culture and having a very distorted view of health and body image, I learned how to simplify my health and actually feel good. I did that by integrating health and lifestyle through nutrition, movement, mindset, and habit formation. I went from feeling overwhelmed & constantly guilty to being completely free and confident in my own skin. It seemed like all of a sudden I was eating, moving, and thinking healthier so I became healthier. And the best part? It was simple.

I live in New York City with my husband, three daughters, and an Italian Greyhound that’s basically another child. I love skin-care, fashion, traveling, deep connections, my morning coffee, all things self-development, and my nighttime routine. And I’m so excited to meet you!
