Crunchy Salad Wrap

A salad wrap is one of my favorite lunches to make at home because it’s easy, super quick and adds nutritional value, plus it’s perfect for those days you want something more than a salad. One of my favorite things about making this is it’s hard to mess up and as a bonus you can thrown in whatever veggies you have in the fridge!

Ingredients I used + my favorite salad dressings below.

Ingredients

  • Whole grain tortilla

  • Vegan Ranch

  • Spinach

  • Carrots

  • Hard-boiled egg

  • White beans

  • Olives

  • Super seed crackers

Spread dressing on tortilla.

Add your greens; I used spinach but also like kale (or both!).

Top with all other ingredients and crumble the crackers on top for extra crunch.

Drizzle a little more dressing on the top and wrap.

My favorite dressings are from Primal Kitchen. I used the vegan ranch dressing here but I also love the Caesar and Green Goddess and use them often. They are also great for kids who like to dip everything into sauces. *Not sponsored just really love them.
