Health begins in our minds

When you think about health what comes to mind? Let me guess...food and exercise. And sure, that’s part of it. But a holistic approach to health that helps you truly embody a sustainable lifestyle, begins in our mind.
Ever feel guilty about eating too much?
What happens next is directly tied to your inner dialogue, and how we speak to ourselves. You know those times when you beat yourself up because you ate “bad” or “too much” and then you just keep eating because it’s “already too late.”
THOSE TIMES.
Have you been thinking “I’ll never lose weight” or “I’m bad at exercise” or “I don’t have time for exercise.”...only to continue not losing weight or not exercising?
Those are limiting beliefs and they create our reality. AND they can be reversed!
Start by challenging them because you can do whatever you want, as long as you truly believe you can. Can you start thinking “I’m doing great at taking care of my body and health” or “I’m feeling and looking stronger from my workouts.”
