Cinnamon Baked Apples
The result of a fall weekend activity- apple picking! This is the best recipe; it’s easy, super quick, pleases all members of the family and you can use it as a snack or a topping. It also pairs perfectly with my pancake recipe!
Apples are one of the most popular fruits and for good reason- they are exceptionally healthy. They are packed with vitamins and minerals like potassium, vitamin a, c , e+ k just to name a few. They are also high in water and fiber, which makes them filling.
Pro tip: leave the skin on. It contains half of the fiber and many of the polyphenols.
Ingredients
Sliced apples
Butter
Cinnamon
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Melt enough butter to coat apples.
Mix all ingredients together.
Baked for 30-minutes.
