To manage your account, click My Account below, where you can review your membership details.

NEED TO CANCEL?

Log into your account.

  1. Click Memberships, then click Health Club Collective.

  2. Click Go Manage Subscription, then click Cancel subscription.

  3. Then click Cancel subscription again to confirm.
