I launched lindsey Kaszuba Health out of a deeply rooted desire to help women feel good every day. Feeling good does not have to be and shouldn’t be a thing of the past or pushed to the side because we have other obligations.

My unique method has been created from 15+ years of interest, research, Training, and trial and error and is based on both science and spiritual-based practices. I focus on nutrition (not diets!), movement, and mindset work to help you create realistic habits.

Up until I had my first daughter, my relationship with my body was distorted.

In our upbringings, in diet culture, and in everything we read, there is so much focus on how we should look or how much we should weigh - not on how we should feel.


At the time, I didn’t realize that health is about so much more than the food we eat or how we work out.

So, I went on a journey. I discovered new foods to enjoy, new ways to move my body, new activities that were fun, new ways to settle my mind, and new ways of living that I am proud to teach my daughters.

 

What I needed was a simple way to approach my health, one that didn’t include diets, restrictions, or a specific amount of time at the gym.

Unknowingly, I put all my efforts into finding ways to pull my health and my lifestyle together - which is when Lindsey Kaszuba Health was born.

Simplifying your health takes work, but it can be simple. I’ve done it, my private clients have done it, and you can do it too.

Lindsey Kaszuba Health was born after I realized That we need an uncomplicated way of being healthy.

By day, I’m a Holistic Health Coach guiding and empowering women to simplify their health. In my practice, I integrate health and lifestyle through nutrition, movement, mindset shifts, and habit formation.

I live in NYC with my husband, two daughters, and an Italian Greyhound. A few things I love: skin-care, fashion, traveling, deep conversations, my daily coffee or matcha, and all things self-development.
