1:1 HEALTH COACHING

My one-on-one bespoke coaching program will transform your health.

My unique method is rooted in both science and spiritual-based practices focusing on sustainable practices and mindset work. During the program, you will create healthy habits you can stick with for a lifetime. You will learn how to ditch diets and restrictions and implement simple ways to prioritize yourself realistically. By the end of the program, you will discover the why behind your food and lifestyle choices and get crystal clear on how to live your life feeling incredible.

My program will help you sustainably create healthy habits: no diets, no restrictions, nothing you don’t want to do.

During our time together, I will provide you with specific tools to overcome roadblocks, a framework to break your goals into bite-sized steps, give you an easy-to-implement action plan, and a clear path to prioritizing yourself realistically.

You will learn how to ditch diets and restrictions, discover what does and does not work with your unique bio-individuality, implement necessary food and lifestyle changes, experience life-changing shifts in your health and mindset, and feel empowered and confident in your day-to-day decisions.

I will support you in your goals throughout the program and sit alongside you as your accountability partner, cheerleader, and coach.

VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE.

Grocery shopping is where healthy food choices begin. It can be overwhelming and confusing knowing what to put in your basket, but it doesn't need to be! This tour is meant for anyone looking to learn how to confidently navigate the grocery store and make healthier choices from the start.

During the supermarket tour, we will: 

  • Go aisle by aisle, discussing food, labels, and how to select healthy alternatives

  • Compare food labels 

  • Introduce new ingredients

  • Discuss quick, healthy meal & snack ideas

This service is meant to give you the tools & knowledge to confidently navigate what goes in your grocery cart so you aren’t constantly tempted with junk food. You will learn how to read nutrition labels and ingredient lists, what to look for, healthy alternatives, tips for food shopping, and recipe ideas. Healthy habits start with your pantry, so let’s freshen it up.
